Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the electro-encephalo-graphic biofeedback therapy to adolescents anxiety and depression disorder,and investigate the importance of the electro-encephalo-graphic biofeedback therapy in the treatment of adolescents anxiety and depression disorder.To providing the theory evidence for the electro-encephalo-graphic-biofeedback therapy in the using of adolescents anxiety and depression disorder. Methods:1、Subject investigated:70adolescents patients with anxiety and depression disorder meeting the standard of CCMD-3and ICD-10were chosen;2、Research tool:Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Self-Rating Anxiety scale (SAS)and Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS);3%The total of70adolescents patients with anxiety and depression disorder were divided into two groups:control group,which were treated with Sertraline simplely;and experiment group, which were both given drug therapy and electro-encephalo-graphic biofeedback.All of the70patients were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Self-Rating Anxiety scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS) before the treatment,after two weeks treatment and after three weeks treatment.Results:1、Before the treatment,there is no statistical significance (P>0.05) between the control group and experiment group in scores of HAMA, HAMD,SAS and SDS.2、After two weeks treatment, the all scale scores in experiment group were lower than that of control group, the reduction rate of HAMA in experiment group were higher than that of control group. There were significant differences in scores of HAMA, SAS and SDS (P<0.001) between these two groups. There were differences in scores of HAMD (P<0.05) between these two groups. There were differences in reduction rate of HAMA (P<0.05) between these two groups.3、After three weeks treatment, the all scale scores in experiment group were lower than that of control group, the reduction rate of HAMA in experiment group were higher than that of control group. There were significant differences in scores of HAMA, SAS and SDS (P<0.001) between these two groups. There were differences in scores of HAMD (P<0.01) between these two groups. There were differences in reduction rate of HAMA (P<0.05) between these two groups.4、The all scales scores in both control group and experiment group after two weeks treatment were lower than that of before the treatment, There were significant differences in scores of all scales (P<0.0001) between these two period.5、The all scales scores in both control group and experiment group after three weeks treatment were lower than that of after two weeks treatment, There were significant differences in scores of all scales (P<0.0001) between these two period.Conclusion:1、A combination of drug and electro-encephalo-graphic biofeedback therapy have a better effort than drug therapy alone in the treatment of adolescents and depression anxiety disorder.2、Both control group and experiment group after three weeks treatment have a better effort than after two weeks treatment.
