In this paper, research on the demonstration on theory and the analysis on design about a sort of centrifuge. Theoretical calculation finite element analysis and conclusion, which are interrelated and interact on each other.First, makes analysis on centrifugal separation theoretical and affecting factor, including the interactions of liquid-drop, the-flow field’s distribution and liquid pressure on species’ separation effect.Second, for the design to the centrifugal extraction, have introduced the centrifugal extraction machine structure and the separated principle detailedly, the major parameters are analyzed, including dimension, installation, the designing calculation of the opening drum and the thickness of the drum. Have carried out three-dimensional finite element method strain analysis on the drum part of the centrifuge machine by the aid of commercial large-scale ANSYS software and ANSYS Workbench, make it satisfy the working condition need sufficiently, and have carried on a more detailed analysis to the dangerous surface. Process in the 3-D analysis, aim at the actual working condition of the centrifuge, adopt the contacting element module of the ANSYS software to the drum part assumes overall analysis.At last, people take more important in the reliability of the separator, the rotating speed of the drum is keen to the stress of the drum. In the paper, it uses Monte Carlo-FEM to analyze the effect of f the drum, and receive the reliability.
