玉米骨干自交系黄早四与掖478双向BC3的品质分析及CSSLs的构建

要提高玉米品质、产量,关键是培育新品种。本研究选用我国玉米育种中优良骨干自交系黄早四和掖478做为亲本,亲本分别来自塘平头和Reid两个杂种优势回,互为轮回亲本构建两套导入系。构建了一套以掖478为轮回与亲本的导入系BC_3S_1,另一套以黄早四为轮回亲本的导入系BC_3,分别以两套导入系的BC_3世代进行了玉米品质分析,其中包括淀粉含量、的的品的数、的分的数、的的的的数研变提数品品数研分析,为后续研品品研研奠定基础,同时也为分分研品品改良导供品应研参考研依据。以黄478为轮回与本研导导导在BC_3
