磺化聚苯胺基固体酸的制备表征及其催化应用

聚苯胺(PANI)是一种高分子聚合物材料,具有特殊的光、电等性质,被广泛应用于反屏蔽,反腐蚀,抗静电,导电及催化材料等方面。近年来,改性聚苯胺的应用是科研者研究的热点,尤其是在催化领域和电化学领域。基于此,本论文以聚苯胺为碳源、氮源为基体,对其进行改性制备了新型的磺化聚苯胺基固体酸催化剂,并研究其催化性能。主要研究内容及结果如下:1、以聚苯乙烯为软膜板,苯胺为碳源和氮源,过硫酸铵为引发剂,固体SO3为磺化剂,通过乳液聚合法制备了磺化空心聚苯胺基固体酸催化剂。研究表明:当苯胺单体用量为1mmol,与过
