6个彩色马铃薯品种的核型及ISSR分析

【摘要】

：

为了解彩色马铃薯底西芮、拉塞特-01、黑美人、青薯168、涩皮红、水洗红6个品种在细胞遗传学和DNA分子水平上的遗传差异性,对彩色马铃薯种质鉴定及杂交选育提供依据,本试验采用常规染色体制片方法及ISSR分子标记技术对其染色体核型及多态性进行了分析。结果表明:①6个彩色马铃薯品种的RTC染色体数目均为48条,属于四倍体(2n=4x=48)。②品种底西芮、黑美人的核型公式均为2n=4x=48=36m+
