本研究以小麦花培3号和豫麦57为亲本获得的DH(double haploid)群体168个株系为材料,构建了一套含168个组合的永久F_2(immortalized F_2,IF_2)群体。基于含有323个标记位点的分子遗传连锁图谱,利用分子遗传图谱和完备区间作图方法对幼苗胚芽鞘长度、胚根长度、叶绿素等苗期性状和穗长、小穗数、穗粒数等穗部相关性状进行了数量性状位点(quantitative trait locus,QTL)定位,并对部分穗部杂种优势位点(heteroticlocus,HL)进行了分析
