互联网金融投资领域在一段时期的蓬勃发展后,兑付危机等问题集中出现,影响范围广泛,且引发了一系列的群体性事件。本文以昆明泛亚有色金属事件为例,探讨地方政府与企业之间存在的一种围绕政府公信力的互动模式,一些企业通过借助地方政府公信力来提升自身的影响力和竞争力,但在企业危机出现后政府公信力由于这种混沌的公信力关系而受到损害。在这类事件中,政府公信力的流失具有反向消解的特征,呈现出一种动态的流失过程,且这一过程具有逐步扩散的特征。
After a period of rapid development in the field of Internet finance investment, such issues as the crisis of cash payment converge on a large scale and have triggered a series of mass incidents.
