籽粒硬度对谷物的加工品质具有重要影响,在众多的小麦族植物(尤其是小麦)中,籽粒的硬度性状主要由5D短臂上的Hardness(Ha)位点的两个主效基因,即Puroindoline a(Pina-D1)和Puroindoline b(Pinb-D1)控制,同时受基因Grain SoftnessProtein-1(Gsp-1)的影响。这三个基因所表达的蛋白(friabilin)分散在小麦胚乳内,它与淀粉粒表面的脂质相互作用影响着籽粒的硬度。本研究以一粒小麦(T. monococcum)DV92作为Pina
