苹果属()系蔷薇科()苹果亚科()植物.全世界约35种,主要分布于北温带,包括亚洲、欧洲和北美洲.中国是世界苹果属植物最大的起源中心,拥有世界苹果属资源24种,种的多型性十分丰富.该实验利用AFLP技术对苹果属33种70个类型进行了分类鉴定和多样性分析.基因组DNA采用改良CTAB法提取.数据分析以PHYLIP和CLUSTAL W 软件包为主,同时采用简约分析(Parsimony),非加权算术平均法(UPGMA)等分析方法.1.保留Westwood分类系统的基本框架,撤消三叶海棠组(Prunfoliae Yu et Yan),将其并入山荆子系(Baccatae Rehd).2.将马尔康海棠(M.maeerkangensis)、小金海棠(M.xiaojinensis)、稻城海棠(M.daochengensis)移至变叶海棠(M.toringides)之下成其亚种.3.原苹果系(Pumilae Rehd)中的种较多,野生种、栽培种并存,建议只保留具有代表性的野生种:塞威士苹果(M.sieversii)、东方苹果(M.orientalis)、森林苹果(M.sylverstris),其他各种列为亚种或变种.
