试验于2011-2012年在扬州大学农学院试验田进行,研究了糯玉米籽粒淀粉理化特性对灌浆结实期高温胁迫的响应。主要结果如下:1.糯玉米淀粉理化特性对灌浆结实期高温胁迫响应的基因型差异灌浆结实期高温胁迫对糯玉米籽粒淀粉理化特性影响有显著影响。高温总体上降低了淀粉峰值黏度、谷值黏度、崩解值、回生热焓值和回生值,增加了淀粉胶凝温度、最大吸收波长和大淀粉粒比例。43个供试品种理化特性对灌浆结实期高温胁迫品种间有显著差异。相关分析结果表明,碘结合力和0-9μm淀粉粒比例与崩解值和回复值负相关,
