本试验在山东农业大学试验农场进行，以持绿型汶农6号和非持绿型济麦20为试验材料，采用田间试验小区的方法，研究了喷施ABA和6-BA对冬小麦旗叶衰老及籽粒灌浆的调控效应。主要研究结果如下：1喷施ABA和6-BA对冬小麦旗叶衰老的影响在大田条件下叶面喷施ABA和6-BA，SOD、POD、CAT活性和叶绿素含量较对照均有不同程度提高，且使灌浆后期旗叶MDA含量显著降低，减弱膜脂过氧化。喷施外源ABA是通
