水稻氮肥利用效率的品种间差异及其生理机制

水稻是我国最重要的粮食作物之一。水稻的高产稳产是保证我国乃至世界粮食供应安全和社会稳定的重要前提。氮肥是影响水稻产量的最重要因素之一。本论文以天优华占、两优培九、陵香优18和宁粳1号为供试材料,从根系形态生理、叶片和籽粒中氮代谢主要酶类活性等方面,研究了水稻氮肥利用效率品种间差异的生理机制。主要结果如下:水稻产量对施氮量的反应存在明显的品种间差异。当施氮量在0~180kg hm-2范围内时,天优华占和陵香优18的产量均随施氮量的增加而迅速增加,当施氮量进一步增加至270-360kg hm-2
