玉米自交系粗缩病抗性鉴定及抗性基因的关联定位研究

玉米粗缩病是近10年危害我国部分玉米产区的主要病害之一,挖掘抗粗缩病玉米种质并进而培育抗病品种是防治粗缩病危害最经济有效的途径。分子标记辅助育种方面,找到与粗缩病抗性基因相连锁的标记可有效加快抗病品种的培育进程。本试验在玉米粗缩病重发地—江苏沿江地区农科所,选用184份常用玉米自交系(包括111份普通玉米和73份糯玉米)于2009-2010年进行田间自然发病鉴定；同时利用115对多态SSR标记对供
