运载火箭贮箱铝合金焊缝补焊后需要采用被列入航天科技集团公司限制使用的着色渗透方法检测表面缺陷.本文分析了铝合金熔焊缝的特点，研究了铝合金熔焊缝不同区域对电导率的影响和焊缝表面形状对涡流检测信号的影响.检测结果表明，采用阵列涡流检测方法可以检测出3.0mm×0.2mm×0.3mm的人工槽缺陷.
