在棉花杂交种生产过程中,细胞质雄性不育材料为基础的三系配套育种已被广泛应用于杂交种的生产,极大的降低了人工去雄制种的生产成本,更有利于杂交棉品种的推广应用。在开花植物中,细胞质雄性不育系不育性状(CMS)具有母系遗传特征,不能够产生有功能的花粉,败育明显。细胞质雄性不育可由细胞核基因组与线粒体基因组不匹配所致,且雄性育性能够被核恢复基因(Rf)恢复。CMS/Rf的配套系统对于商业化生产杂交种十分有利,但目前为止,棉花细胞质雄性不育发生及育性恢复的分子机制仍有待进一步研究。本实验以哈克尼西棉细胞质雄性
