每角果粒数在油菜不同品种、品系或其它种质资源之间存在着较大的变异。该性状的研究对于利用优良变异提高油菜产量具有重要意义。目前,有关油菜每角果粒数的研究主要集中在QTL定位上,而对其形成的过程,包括发育进程和调控路径的研究则很少见到报道。我们根据对一个每角果粒数存在较大变异的DH群体内的部分系和多个常规栽培品种多年多点的考种,选取每角果粒数有差异的的株系和两个品种,利用石蜡切片、DIC等技术,系统的观察和统计了所选材料从胚珠原基发生到种子成熟的过程,确定了每角果粒数差异产生的主要发育阶段。在此基础上,
