Land resources planning and management is based on a land bank and transaction, Accompanied by China’s sustained and rapid economic development and the rapid urbanization process, Efficient, accurate and safe land management information system is receiving increasing attention, the update of geographic information technologies and in-depth study is particularly important.In this paper, Zhangjiajie City Yong ding district remote sensing image data for the study, analysis of the ArcGIS platform to establish a "land bank management information system," the feasibility of a system program design, development models and methods, combined with space plots Study characteristics, based on the ArcSDE spatial data management, developed a database model design and construction. At the same time, GIS and ArcGIS Engine components VS.NET platform for the development, completion of the entire land bank management information system. The main research for the following points:1. In this paper, the purpose of system development, as well as the management of land bank at home and abroad to develop the status quo, a summary description of the system involved in the major technology and system analysis of the main tasks and key and difficult.2. Combined with the current land management and the status of the market, the demand for GIS technology background and analysis of the management of interest rates create a land bank of the necessity and feasibility of the platform, and a detailed discussion of the ArcGIS architecture and its information dissemination in space, data management features to determine a system development environment and development of technology roadmap.3. System Requirements for the characteristics of the design process in the system are given, respectively, the overall structure of the system design, functional architecture design, database design, system operation and development environment, such as multi-faceted description of the overall design. And further into a land bank management information system for the development of ideas in detail. 4. Analysis of the development of land reserve management information system for key technologies, such as operator space theory, image automatic orientation and query techniques, data integration layer technology, embedded system function, three-dimensional technology, such as land registry, and has been in the system specific application.5. On the system to achieve the functional modules described in detail and presentation. Finally, the study summarized the overall completion of the system to conduct an objective evaluation of the system at the same time pointed out that efforts to improve the direction of the next step, and after the upgrade of the remote data update, network-based, three-dimensional visualization advanced applications of the outlook direction.
