干旱是非生物胁迫中对农作物生长和产量影响最大的胁迫之一。世界范围内,每年由于干旱胁迫造成的损失相当于其他所有环境因子造成的总和。油菜干旱灾害是我国和其他主产国家经常性的自然灾害,中度干旱可导致油菜单产降低20%以上,严重时甚至绝收。我们前期研究发现,油菜耐旱品种在干旱胁迫下生长发育和产量相对稳定,基于分子生物学方法考察其在干旱胁迫条件下的应答机制,将有益于探究其抗旱分子机理,全面理解抗旱性遗传基础,对于抗旱新品种培育和抗旱栽培技术研发具实践价值。本研究以甘蓝型油菜抗旱品系Q2为材料,用模拟干
