玉米穗粒性状QTL的初步定位及两个百粒重QTL的验证

玉米产量是单位面积穗数、穗粒数和粒重协调发展的结果，对玉米穗粒性状进行遗传研究对产量的遗传改良具有重要意义。本研究在分析不同大粒普通玉米自交系和小粒爆裂玉米自交系杂交组合F_1和F_2群体穗粒等性状表现特征的基础上，筛选分离范围较广泛的F_2群体，首先利用简捷的BSA法初步定位穗粒性状的QTL，进一步通过分子标记辅助选择构建回交群体对初步定位结果进行验证和QTL的精确定位。主要内容和结果如下：1．
