Asset securitization as one of the most financial innovations of the twentieth century, in the past forty years it always has been in the rapid development and innovation process.In China, the asset securitization of commercial banks has also did a large-scale pilot applications in recent years.In view of the internal and external conditions of the commercial banks largely-scale promoted the asset securitization has existed, this article take the G bank as the research object,learn from the pros and cons of the experience of the foreign asset securitization,mainly take the domestic banking sector to carry out asset securitization business as a reference,with the public annual reports of listed companies, statistical data,industry typical pilot case and the relevant legal rules and norms as analytical basis, using contrast analysis and empirical research method,proceed from the operational level to discussing the model selection of G bank asset securitization.Firstly, analyzing the environment of G Bank’s business development,that is,from policies and regulations, social needs, financial reform, technological innovation and other aspects of G Bank macro environment to elaborating,from the overall development of China’s banking industry to analyzing and comparing the G bank’s industry situation.Secondly, take the G bank’s operating status as the starting point,analyzing the holding way of the stock assets,revenues constitution,assets liquidity conditions,financing needs and so on.Finally, throughout choicing and positioning the major players of asset securitization, choicing the securitized assets, the grading and packing mode,the credit enhancement tools,designing the transaction structure,the securities price and establishing risk prevention and control mechanism,proposed the path selection strategy of the G bank asset securitization.
