With the accelerated pace of urbanization, in recent years, the economic of industrial has been sustained development while taking an exensive use in Taoyuan County.The spirit of building a resource-saving, environmentally friendly basic requirements to ensure that the Taoyuan County industrial zone land economical and intensive use, in order to promote the development of county economy get better.This paper selects the economic development zone of Taoyuan County as a study area. It concluded Zhangjiang, Zoushi, Chuangyuan industrial park as the research object.Through collecting the relevant datas and informations, to organize and analysis of the Taoyuan County industrial zone economical and intensive utilization of the status quo. Using the systems analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, land saving and intensive use of evaluation level analysis methods. Choose the typical evaluation index constructing five elements layer and fourteen evaluation index factor.Each index weight calculated by using the model and determining standard.Concluded that,in the first place,overall grade evaluation results are the industrial zone economical and intensive utilization of land in the second level in Taoyuan County,which is0.4<U≤0.60. Among the three industrial park the intensive degree were distinguished that Zhangjiang industrial park (0.468024), Zoushi industrial park (0.446774), Chuangyuan industrial park (0.524403), Chuangyuan is the most prominent.In the second place, partial evaluation conclusions are on the land use efficiency, input intensity, using efficiency and sustainable degree the Chuangyuan industrial park is the best one.Zhoushi industrial park on using efficiency (0.013208), input intensity (0.02308) and sustainable degree (0.23433) are the lowest.ln speaking of which, Zoushi industrial park must take more measures to enrich the land use.At last,this thsis sum up the industrial zone of land economical and intensive utilization in Taoyuan County,which already had been from exensive use of transition to the economical and intensive utilization of stage.More over there is greater use of space, And some of the more effective use of measures and suggestiongs, including scientific planning and layout, legalization of the management and supervision, ensure land stock, strict control of environmental pollution and improve the leadership value were put forward.
