Since the rural revitalization strategy was put forward,the development of rural and township areas has become a hot topic of discussion.In the process of urban and rural development,from the urban-rural dual structure to the urban-rural integration,the urban and rural integration development is a necessary way.There are many similarities between the industrial characteristics of tourism and the development of urban and rural integration,since the global tourism,combining global tourism and urban and rural development,through the tourism industry promote the development of rural areas,is advantageous to the country the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating.In this paper,in reference to domestic and foreign research achievements about the global travel and urban development,taking weiping town in chun’an county,hang-zhou city as the research object,the integrated use of "five integration",global tourism,regional coordinated development,theory of governance theory,new urbanization,the global tourism to promote rural development theory and the feasibility of the combination of empirical research.At the two levels of market towns and villages,the development system of the whole area interaction is analyzed.From the five dimensions of economy,politics,culture,society and ecological civilization,the support system of the township should be developed.It also emphasizes how to transform ecological advantage into tourism advantage in urban and rural development,and further transform it into advantages of development.The research on township development mechanism from the perspective of whole region tourism provides a new way of development for the development of rural areas and towns,and provides reference for the ecological development.There are three main points of innovation in this paper:The first is to reinterpret the development of towns and villages with the perspective of whole region tourism.With the marketization instead of administration,the internal impetus of the development of rural areas is analyzed from the aspects of participatory and interactivity,which is conducive to the development of the enthusiasm of the township and the vitality of the township.The second is to use the five dimensions of "five integration" to analyze the comprehensive development of township.Analysis of the five dimensions of the relationship,among them:economic construction is fundamental,political construction is guarantee,cultural construction is the soul,social construction is the condition,ecological civilization construction is the foundation.It emphasizes how the ecological advantage can be transformed into the development advantage,and the green mountain is the golden hill.The third is to rebuild the relationship between market towns and rural areas.In the traditional sense,the town is higher than the countryside,the town is the embodiment of modernization,and the countryside is the backward area.This article through the analysis of the tourism industry,through the decomposition of resource elements,illustrates the interaction between town and country,rural market town that can carry,can complement market town,village realized the interaction between the two,is beneficial to the integration of urban and rural development,is also conducive to the implementation of the rural revitalization.In this paper,on the whole domain tourism under the perspective of the villages and towns "five integration" development mechanism research,provides a new path selection of the construction of the town of choice,offers a new carrier for rural revitalization strategy implementation,to speed up rural development and regional harmonious development has important practical significance.
