油菜是我国唯一的冬季油料作物,也是植物蛋白的重要来源。我国90%油菜分布在长江流域。尽管该区降雨较充沛,但全年降水并不均匀,季节性干旱频繁发生,给油菜的产量和品质带来很大的影响。本研究以甘蓝型油菜品种秦优7号(B.napus cv.Qinyou7)苏油10号(B.napus cv.Suyou10)为材料,通过盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫对油菜苗期及蕾薹期生理特征和产量的影响,并通过叶面喷施氯化胆碱,探究其对干旱胁迫下油菜的缓解效应及其调控机理,为油菜的抗旱栽培提供理论依据和技术支持。试验结果表明:
