陆地棉纤维离体培养体系的建立及其基因型差异研究

：

棉花是重要的经济作物,在我国的工农业生产中有着举足轻重的作用。棉纤维是棉胚珠表皮分化而成的一种特殊的单细胞结构,其生长发育经历了四个时期：棉纤维启始分化、纤维伸长期、次生壁形成期及脱水成熟。因为其分化发育过程中无细胞分裂,所以棉纤维是细胞伸长、分化和发育的重要实验材料。建立陆地棉纤维离体培养体系对于棉纤维分化发育机制以及纤维遗传改良具有重要的意义。本研究以中棉所49等陆地棉品种或种质系为材料,从培
