肿瘤已经成为威胁人类生命健康的最大杀手之一。如何早期诊断和治疗肿瘤已成为研究者们一直研究的目标。近红外荧光探针因其吸收和发射波长范围(650-900 nm),可以减小生物体内自发荧光的干扰而被广泛应用于肿瘤的检测。而作为发光基团的BODIPY染料因其高摩尔消光系数,高量子产率,对环境条件不敏感,较强的光稳定性,Stokes位移大及易于修饰等优点而被广泛用作荧光探针的信号部分。但由于其水溶性和生物相容性较差而难应用于生物体内。基于这些问题,本文用新型靶向性疏水蛋白HFBI-RGD与BODIPY染料进行
