Rhetoric is a basic method modified the word, to make the language expression produces aesthetic effect. Therefore, language cannot do without the rhetoric, and outstanding literary works is the perfect use of rhetoric. Translation is the reproduction of the original style, can handle the rhetoric can be considered to be the key to successful translation. The first chapter of this paper briefly reviews the development history of rhetoric, research status at home and abroad, discusses the definition and content of rhetoric. The second chapter mainly introduces the definition of rhetoric in the most common rhetoric metonymy, exaggeration and dual, common patterns and pragmatic functions in Uygur and Chinese language. The third chapter mainly introduces the translation methods and skills of translation of metonymy, exaggeration and antithesis rhetoric and explore the new understanding of metonymy, exaggeration and dual. The fourth chapter discusses the influencing factors of Uygur and Chinese rhetoric translation, Chinese and Uygur language is the language which has a long history, due to the different cultural background, just a lot of differences exist two national prophecy, if do not know these figures say, would not understand the language, more difficult to express thoughts. Similarly, no certain rhetoric knowledge, also can not understand the text, but also reach the purpose of translation. Rhetoric exists not only in literary works, have rhetoric problems in political essays, articles and so on almost all science and technology style, albeit to different degrees. Similarly, no rhetoric knowledge related, also can not understand the text, but also reach the purpose of translation. The translator must understand the rhetoric, otherwise it can not understand the information, do not realize the aesthetic effect, pay attention to rhetoric theory in translation, pay attention to grasp the rhetoric, rhetorical approach to general, thus reproducing the original style faithfully, to achieve the purpose of translation.
