甘蓝型油菜主要是以收获菜籽榨油食用,因此提高单位面积的产油量是油菜育种家们所要研究的首要目标。含油量是一种由多基因控制复杂的数量性状,目前关于含油量QTL定位已有众多报道,但是在多环境多群体中稳定表达的QTL并不多。关于油菜中主要农艺性状,例如,株高、脂肪酸、初花期及千粒重等性状的QTL定位前人也有众多报道,但是这些性状与含油量彼此间在QTL/基因水平上的遗传相关性仍不甚了解。本研究以欧洲冬油菜S
