近年来,越来越多的博物馆招募志愿者,并逐渐认识到志愿者在博物馆社会教育工作中发挥的重要作用。但同时,博物馆志愿者的流失率也居高不下,本文以辽宁省博物馆志愿者为例,详细介绍了辽宁省博物馆志愿者的情况,分析了辽宁省博物馆志愿者的流失原因,并结合辽博志愿者工作实践提出了如何建立合理的激励制度,避免博物馆志愿者的流失,希望对降低博物馆志愿者的流失率有所促进。
In recent years, more and more museums have recruited volunteers and have come to realize the important role volunteers play in the museum’s social education. But at the same time, the loss rate of museum volunteers is also high. This paper takes volunteers of Liaoning Provincial Museum as an example, introduces the situation of volunteers in Liaoning Provincial Museum in detail, analyzes the reasons for the loss of volunteers in Liaoning Provincial Museum, Volunteer work practices put forward how to establish a reasonable incentive system to avoid the loss of museum volunteers, hoping to reduce the loss of museum volunteers to promote.
