第一章 总则 第一条 为了加强本市的燃气管理,维护燃气用户、燃气生产企业和燃气销售企业的合法权益,保障社会公共安全,促进燃气事业发展,制定本条例。 第二条 本条例所称燃气,是指人工煤气、天然气、液化石油气(以下简称液化气)等气体燃料。 第三条 本条例适用于本市行政区域内燃气发展的规划,燃气工程的建设,燃气的生产、销售、使用,燃气设施的保护,燃气器具的生产、销售、安装、维修,以及相关的管理活动。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations are formulated with a view to strengthening the city’s gas management, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of gas users, gas production enterprises and gas sales enterprises, ensuring social public safety and promoting the development of the gas industry. Article 2 The term “gas” as mentioned in these Regulations refers to gas fuel such as artificial gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (hereinafter referred to as liquefied gas). Article 3 These Regulations are applicable to the planning of gas development, the construction of gas projects, the production, sale and use of gas, the protection of gas facilities, the production, sale, installation and maintenance of gas appliances and related management activity.
