为解决成品MAC改性沥青长途运输运费过高、温度下降过大等问题,根据胶结理论和加入改性剂后的反应机理,研究开发出MAC改性剂,在施工现场加工MAC改性沥青。基于室内试验,对MAC改性剂的生产工艺、特性进行了系统研究,制定了改性剂质量标准,并将用改性剂现场生产的MAC改性沥青与传统的工厂内生产的MAC改性沥青以及SBS改性沥青从性能和造价等方面进行了对比。结果表明,改性剂现场生产的MAC改性沥青,相对于传统工厂内生产的MAC改性沥青,具有使用方便、可降低造价的特点;与SBS改性沥青性能相当,但具有明显的经济优势。
In order to solve the problems of too much freight cost and too much temperature drop of finished MAC modified asphalt, the MAC modifier was developed and MAC modified asphalt was processed at the construction site according to the cementing theory and the reaction mechanism after adding modifier. Based on the laboratory tests, the production process and properties of MAC modifier were studied systematically, and the quality standards of modifier were developed. MAC modified asphalt produced by modifier was compared with the traditional MAC Asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are compared in terms of performance and cost. The results show that MAC modified asphalt produced by the modifier is more convenient to use and less expensive than the MAC modified asphalt produced in the traditional factory. It has the same performance as SBS modified asphalt but has obvious economic advantages .
