随着农电专业化、一体化创先管理的深入推进,进一步加强县级供电企业规范化管理,乃是当前电力企业首要解决的管理目标之一。本文通过运用实证分析、经验总结、现场访谈等方法,对县级供电企业农电管理现状进行调研,在县级供电企业加强农电“3+9+9”工作思路和工作模式下,进一步以《基于“3+9+9”模式下农电管控研究》为软课题开展研究和实践,以为不断丰富、规范县级供电企业农电管理提供管控经验。
With the specialization of agriculture and the deepening of integrated management, and further strengthening the standardized management of county-level power supply enterprises, it is one of the primary management objectives that the electric power enterprises solve first. This paper conducts a survey on the current situation of rural power management in county-level power supply enterprises by means of empirical analysis, experience summaries and on-site interviews. Under the idea of “3 + 9 + 9” and the work mode of rural power supply at county level, Further research and practice on soft topics based on “research on rural power control and management based on ” 3 + 9 + 9 "mode, in order to provide rich experience in regulation and control of rural power management of county-level power supply enterprises.
