The province is located in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, is one of the most serious soil erosion in the Loess Plateau. How to speed up the pace of governance and improve development effectiveness so that peasants in this region can get rid of poverty and get rich as soon as possible is a major issue concerning the overall situation.
