矿山企业是我国当前备受关注的企业,矿山企业的发展关系到社会的和谐发展与经济的进步,其中矿山企业所涉及到的主体比较广阔,包括采矿、选矿等,此外,在矿山企业中每一个工序都呈现出分散的局面,这样一来则会导致矿山企业财务成本受到影响与局限。在近几年,伴随着我国矿山生产技术的不断发展与进步,尤其是现代企业管理制度的确立,矿山企业的经营者对财务成本管理有所重视,为进一步分析矿山企业财务成本管理,笔者结合多年的工作经验在下文中提出几点问题,并提出建议与措施。
