在分析合金钢组合辙叉心轨(奥贝氏体钢)的特性基础上,研究和设计了与合金钢组合辙叉心轨材料相匹配、并能对其伤损进行焊补的专用焊条(JD—937)及焊修工艺。通过对专用焊条(JD—937)的焊补试验、性能指标检验和焊补后金相组织检验分析,并按焊补试验工艺参数进行了模拟焊补试验,焊补后对心轨、翼轨进行了超声波探伤,没有发现焊补缺陷。在京广线、京九线、沪昆线、陇海线焊补伤损合金钢组合辙叉30多组,提高了使用寿命,保障了行车安全,降低了使用成本。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the alloyed frog heart rail (austenitic steel), a special welding rod that matches with the composite frog heart rail material and can repair the damage is researched and designed JD-937) and welding repair process. Through welding test, performance test and metallographic microstructure inspection of special welding rod (JD-937), the simulated welding repair test is carried out according to welding compensation test process parameters. In the Beijing-Guangzhou line, the Beijing-Kowloon line, Shanghai-Kunming line, Longhai line welding damage combination of frog composite frog more than 30 groups, improve the service life, to protect the traffic safety and reduce the cost of use.
