为了保持高炉操作效率和稳定,日本钢管公司福山制铁所已经研制成能在事故萌芽初期就会预报炉况失常,并采取相应措施的炉况失常预测系统(FLAG)。本系统包括在2号高炉计算机控制操作系统中并具有下列优点: 1、预报指数:此系统能检测符合失常流程的不同状态的传感器数据。 2、使用声响警报器管理操作:它有助于处理突然波动的高炉炉况。 3.鉴定系统中用于判断的临界值:它能保持预报的精确性并便于其他高炉引用本系统. 本系统对稳定高炉操作已经作出了贡献。
In order to keep the operation efficiency and stability of the blast furnace, the Japanese steel company Fukuyama Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. has developed the Furnace Failure Prediction System (FLAG) which can predict the furnace failure and take corresponding measures in the early stage of the accident. The system is included in No.2 blast furnace computer controlled operating system and has the following advantages: 1. Prediction index: This system can detect the sensor data in different states that meet the abnormal process. 2, the use of siren management operations: it helps to deal with the sudden fluctuations in blast furnace conditions. 3. Critical Values Used in Judgment System for Judgment: It maintains the accuracy of forecasts and facilitates the reference of other systems to the blast furnace. The system has contributed to the operation of stable blast furnaces.
