目的了解广西少数民族山区大化县中小学生视力健康状况,为儿童青少年视力保健提供参考。方法对该县2011—2012学年中小学生体质健康检查资料中的视力检查结果进行统计分析。结果对全县11个乡镇53.98%(95/176)的学校、65.74%(33 804/51 417)的在校学生进行了健康体检,其中小学占50.33%(76/151),初中占73.91%(17/23),高中全部体检。小学生中总的视力低下为15.97%,低于全国(46.60%)及广西(41.70%)以往的水平,初中生和高中生的视力低下率分别为51.60%和74.48%,远高于全国和广西水平。县城与乡镇学生视力低下率差异有统计学意义(χ2=2 210.90,P<0.05)。学生视力低下程度轻、中、重构成比逐级增多。结论该少数民族山区县城与乡镇中小学生视力低下程度构成比相近,县乡学生预防视力低下任务重大。 Objective To understand the health status of primary and secondary school students in Dahua County, Guangxi Minority Mountainous Region, and provide a reference for the health care of children and adolescents. Methods The results of visual acuity examination in primary and secondary school students in 2011-2012 school year were analyzed statistically. Results The health examination was conducted in 53.98% (95/176) of the 11 townships and 65.74% (33 804/51 417) of the 11 townships in the county, accounting for 50.33% (76/151) of primary schools and 73.91% of junior high schools (17/23), all high school medical examination. The total visual acuity of primary school students was 15.97%, lower than that of the whole country (46.60%) and Guangxi (41.70%). The low vision rate of junior high school students and high school students were 51.60% and 74.48% respectively, much higher than that of the whole country and Guangxi Level. There was a significant difference in eyesight between county and township students (χ2 = 2 210.90, P <0.05). Students with low degree of visual acuity light, medium and reconstructed than the level by level. Conclusion The constitutional ratio of poor eyesight of primary and middle school students in mountainous county and township is similar. The prevention of low vision of county and township students is of great task.
