在基础教育中,应用信息技术能够促进基础教育改革迅速发展,与此同时,学生的学习负担过重、创新能力不足等现象并没有改变,“钱学森之问”至今振聋发聩。因此,如何减轻农村高中学生学习负担,是摆在我们农村高中一线教师面前的一个重要课题,值得探究。本文从应用信息技术提高课堂教学质量等角度,尝试寻求解决农村高中学生英语课业负担的途径和方法。2001年,教育部颁发的《国家基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》中明确指出:
In basic education, the application of information technology can promote the rapid development of basic education reform.
