克洛克纳集团的钢铁企业是西德50家最大企业集团之一,在贸易、机器制造和钢铁业方面是一重要的跨国公司。克洛克纳集团的股份有70％掌握在克洛克纳家族及其家族基金会中。本文从三个方面介绍克洛克纳集团的钢铁企业。即:①克洛克纳集团钢铁企业的历史;② 70年代以来克洛克纳钢铁企业的发展战略;③克洛克纳钢铁企业集团的主要工厂设备及其生产工艺。通过对所属的布来梅冶金厂、乔治马林冶金厂和马克斯米兰冶金厂,来介绍其工厂的设备和工艺。其中主要是布来梅冶金厂。
The Cloxner Group’s steel business is one of the 50 largest conglomerates in West Germany and an important transnational corporation in the trading, machine building and steel industries. Seventy percent of the Clogner Group’s shares are owned by the Clogner family and its family foundations. This article introduces the steel industry in the Großner Group from three perspectives. Namely: (1) the history of the steel enterprises in the Klockner Group; (2) the development strategy of the steel enterprises in the Klotner since the 1970s; (3) the main plant equipment and the production process of the Klockner Steel Enterprise Group. The facilities and processes at its plant are described by the Bremerhaven metallurgical plant, the Georges Marlin Metallurgical Plant and the Max Milano Metallurgical Plant. Which is mainly Bremerhaven Metallurgical Plant.
