通过对由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)塑料和青铜丝弹簧所组成的复合材料轴瓦的性能进行实验测量和理论分析,建立了反映复合材料轴瓦的应力与应变关系的材料松弛模量矩阵,分析了普通PTFE塑料与用作轴瓦材料的PTFE的差别,得出了PTFE塑料与青铜丝复合层的蠕变及柔量矩阵,为弹性金属塑料瓦(EMP)的性能计算奠定了基础
Through the experimental measurement and theoretical analysis of the performance of the composite bearing composed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) plastic and bronze wire spring, the material slack modulus matrix reflecting the relationship between the stress and strain of the composite bearing was established. The difference between conventional PTFE plastic and PTFE used as a bearing material results in a creep and compliance matrix of PTFE plastic and bronze wire composite layers, which provides the basis for the performance calculation of elastic metal plastic tiles (EMPs).
