目的 为飞行学员肺功能标准提供修定参考。方法 使用呼吸分析仪,对新招收的772名飞行学员进行肺活量、用力肺活量/肺活量预计值、最大呼气中期流量、50%肺活量最大呼气流量/身高、25%肺活量最大呼气流量/身高的检测,并与国防部颁发的招收飞行学员标准值和飞行员军用标准值进行比较。结果 新招飞行学员的肺活量、最大呼气中期流量、用力肺活量/肺活量预计值、50%肺活量最大呼气流量/身高、25%肺活量最大呼气流量/身高值,与国防部颁发的招收飞行学员标准值比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);与飞行员军用标准值比较,肺活量、用力呼气流率峰值基本一致(P>0.05),但最大通气量、用力肺活量、1s用力呼气容积、用力呼气流速值,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 军标规定的招收飞行学员肺功能检查指标较符合实际;肺功能检测项目应以肺活量、最大通气量、最大呼气中期流量、75%呼气中期流量、25%肺活量最大呼气流量/身高5项指标为主,对此提出了相应的标准参数值。
Objective To provide revisions for the standard of lung function of flight students. Methods A total of 772 pilots were enrolled in this study. Their vital capacity, forced vital capacity / vital capacity, maximum expiratory flow, maximum expiratory flow rate / height at 50% vital capacity, maximum expiratory flow rate / height at 25% vital capacity Testing, and with the Ministry of Defense issued by the standards of pilot training pilots and pilots to compare the standard value. Conclusions The lung function tests of recruiting pilots prescribed by the military standard are more realistic. The lung function test items should be based on vital capacity, maximal ventilation, maximal expiratory flow, maximal expiratory flow of 75%, maximal expiratory flow of 25% of vital capacity / height 5 indicators, based on which the corresponding standard parameter values are proposed.
