采用中药复方四金化石胶囊大、小剂量，灌胃治疗１４只胆红素结石模型豚鼠，其治疗后的血脂水平与模型组、正常组血脂比较。结果显示：模型组及大剂量组豚鼠血清的总胆固醇（Ｔ－ｃｈ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）浓度均较高，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ）、载脂蛋白Ａ１（ａｐｏ－Ａ１）浓度较低；小剂量组豚鼠血清的Ｔ－ｃｈ、ＴＧ浓度较低，近似正常组（Ｐ＞０．０５），同时ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ、ａｐｏ－Ａ１浓度升高。参考肝组织超微结构，本研究认为，复方四金化石胶囊的降脂效果与剂量有关
Fourteen bilirubin calculus guinea pigs were treated with Chinese herbal compound four gold fossil capsules in a large dose and a small dose, and the blood lipid levels after treatment were compared with that of the model group and the normal group. The results showed that the levels of total cholesterol (T-ch) and triglyceride (TG) in the guinea pigs of the model group and the high-dose guinea pigs were higher than those of the high-dose guinea pigs, while those of HDL-a and apo- A1) were lower than those in the normal control group. The serum concentrations of T-ch and TG in low dose group were lower than those in normal group (P> 0.05), and the concentrations of HDL-ch and apo-A1 were increased. Reference to the ultrastructure of liver tissue, this study suggests that the compound four gold fossil capsules lipid-lowering effect and dose
