介绍通过在线数据采集系统采集供气系统压力站的电机电流、放空阀开度、气体流量等数据,将数据作为预测控制器输入信号,同时通过压力变送器采集管网压力数据作为预测控制器调压控制信号,预测控制器通过多目标决策的忧患算法形成PID调节器输入信号,利用PID调节器的输出信号驱动变频器控制电机,改变电机运行效率,驱动气体压缩机运行,保证供气系统管道网络压力动态平衡,同时有效避免空压系统卸载和供气管道放空等操作,达到节能的目的。
