微透析(microdialysis)作为一种新型活体生物取样技术,可实现体内内源性物质或外源性药物等的动态监测。多位点微透析技术可实现在不同器官、不同组织或同一组织的不同部位同时连续取样。通过实时检测靶部位药物浓度,可直观、准确地了解药物在体内的分布和代谢特点,因此该技术在阐明药物的体内过程、作用机制、靶向性及进一步指导临床用药方面具有优势。本文介绍了近年来多位点微透析技术在药代动力学研究领域中的应用与进展。
Microdialysis, as a new type of living organism sampling technology, can realize the dynamic monitoring of endogenous substances or exogenous drugs in vivo. Multi-site microdialysis technology allows continuous sampling of different organs, different tissues or different parts of the same tissue at the same time. Real-time detection of the drug concentration in the target site can intuitively and accurately understand the distribution and metabolism characteristics of the drug in the body. Therefore, the technology has advantages in elucidating the in vivo process, mechanism of action, targeting and further guiding the clinical use of the drug. This article describes the application and progress of multi-site microdialysis in the field of pharmacokinetics in recent years.
