关良和林风眠皆为20世纪中国画坛上当之无愧的大家。他们年龄相仿,经历亦有某些相似之处。他们都是融合中西绘画艺术的倡导者和实践者,对中国绘画由传统向现代的发展起到了重要的推动和示范作用。两位画家都曾潜心戏曲艺术的研究并创作了为数众多的戏曲人物画,本文在对两位画家此类作品的对比中,进一步解析两者在戏曲人物画方面的创作历程、艺术追求以及作品风格的差异。
Guan Liang and Lin Fengmian are all well-deserved members of the 20th century Chinese painting society. They are similar in age and experience some similarities. All of them are advocates and practitioners of Chinese and Western painting arts, and have played an important role in promoting and demonstrating the development of Chinese painting from tradition to modern times. Both painters have devoted themselves to the study of opera art and created a large number of opera portraits. In contrast with the two painters’ works, this article further analyzes the creative process, artistic pursuit and works of both artists Differences in style.
