本文根据杂木寺水电站水位测量系统的功能需要,提出了一种双冗余水位测量系统方案。系统分成两个功能单元部分:以PLC处理器为核心的基于PROFINET网络的水位采集单元和以协调器节点、传感器节点为核心的基于ZigBee无线传感网络的水位采集单元,两个功能单元都从GAX60型号双输出编码器采集数据信号,都与工控机相连接,构成一个功能独立且互为冗余的系统。这种设计大大提高了系统运行的可靠性。
According to the functional requirements of water level measurement system in Zamu Temple hydropower station, this paper proposes a dual redundant water level measurement system. The system is divided into two functional units: water level sampling unit based on PROFINET network with PLC processor as the core and water level sampling unit based on ZigBee wireless sensor network with coordinator node and sensor node as the core. Both of the two functional units are from GAX60 model dual output encoder to collect data signals are connected with the IPC, constitute a separate and mutually redundant system. This design greatly improves the reliability of system operation.
