为了分析宁夏滩羊主产区种公羊遗传分化情况,加强滩羊定向选育力度,充分开发利用优良品种的遗传特性,试验根据国际绵羊基因组联合会(ISGC)公布的用于亲缘鉴定的突变中,精心挑选7组单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)设计特异性引物,对3个种羊场的190只个体进行扩增测序,并利用生物信息分析软件对搜寻的SNPs进行遗传演变分析。结果表明:7个核心SNPs位点差异极显著(P<0.001),5个SNPs位点(DU206327_107、DU271929_382、DU480434_533、DU471913_499、DU444709_372)为种公滩羊的亲缘鉴定的SNPs标记组合,且3个场区的种公羊之间存在亲缘关系。说明尽管3个种羊场之间存在不同程度的基因变异,但遗传进化相对稳定。
In order to analyze the genetic differentiation of ramies in the main producing areas of Ningxia shoal and strengthen the directional breeding of shoal and sheep, the genetic characteristics of elite cultivars were fully exploited and exploited. According to the mutations used in genetic identification published by the International Sheep Genome Consortium (ISGC) , 7 primer pairs were carefully selected to design specific primers for the amplification of 190 individuals in 3 sheep farms and the genetic evolution analysis of the searched SNPs was conducted by bioinformatics analysis software . The results showed that there were significant differences among the seven core SNPs (P <0.001). Five SNPs (DU206327_107, DU271929_382, DU480434_533, DU471913_499 and DU444709_372) There is a kinship between rams in the arena. This shows that although there are some genetic variations among the three kinds of sheep farms, the genetic evolution is relatively stable.
