目的:分析情境模拟教学法在提高高职高专护生综合技能中的应用效果。方法:选择2013届护理专业的护生260人,将所有护生随机分为两组,对照组134人和实验组126人。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用情景模拟教学法,课程结束时,使用自行设计的问卷考核护生的理论基础知识和操作技能得分,带教老师自行设计问卷调查两组护生对教学效果的满意度。结果:实验组护生的理论基础知识和操作技能得分均明显高于对照组,教学效果的满意率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学法可提高护生的综合技能及教学效果的满意率。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of situational simulation teaching in improving comprehensive skills of nursing students in higher vocational schools. Methods: 260 nursing students in 2013 nursing profession were chosen. All nursing students were randomly divided into two groups, 134 in control group and 126 in experimental group. In the control group, the traditional teaching method was used. The experimental group adopted the scenario simulation teaching method. At the end of the course, the self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the nursing students’ basic knowledge of basic skills and operation skill scores. Satisfaction. Results: The basic knowledge and skills of nursing students in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. The satisfaction rate of teaching effect was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Situational simulation teaching method can improve the comprehensive skills of nursing students and teaching satisfaction rate.
