本文利用反求工程技术建立了ＩＴ１８Ｂ装载机工作装置的近似模型，并对该模型进行重复调整优化，获得了ＩＴ１８Ｂ装载机的设计思想，为多用途装载机的设计提供了设计方案。
In this paper, an approximate model of IT18B loader working device is established by using reverse engineering technology, and the model is repeatedly adjusted and optimized. The design idea of IT18B loader is obtained and the design scheme of multi-purpose loader is provided.
