目的用超声组织定征(UTC)方法,对放疗后头颈部肿瘤患者颈部组织纤维化程度进行量化分析。方法对40例接受根治性放疗的头颈部肿瘤患者,用超声图像定量分析诊断仪分别检测和分析双侧锁骨上区、双侧颈部胸锁乳突肌中上份的声像图灰阶(GS)值。用方差分析统计灰阶值差异。结果放疗后组织纤维化灰阶值与放疗后间隔的时间长短和放疗剂量的大小有密切相关性,随放疗后间隔时间的延长,放疗剂量的增大,灰阶(GS)值逐渐增高,提示纤维化加重。结论UTC可用于放疗后颈部组织的纤维化程度的量化分析。
Objective To quantify the degree of cervical tissue fibrosis in patients with head and neck cancer after radiotherapy by using the method of ultrasonic tissue localization (UTC). Methods Forty cases of patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radical radiotherapy were examined with ultrasound image quantitative diagnostic apparatus to detect and analyze the gray scale of the upper part of the sternocleidomastoid area (GS) value. Results The gray value of tissue fibrosis after radiotherapy was closely related to the duration of radiotherapy and the dose of radiotherapy.
