啤酒作为一种古老的发酵酒,长期伴随人类生活,并成为人类饮食的一部分。而今啤酒在中国得到进一步发展和推广,也成为中国消费者日常生活和饮食的一部分。啤酒中富含抗氧化物质及维生素,适度饮用啤酒有益健康。然而啤酒作为一种含有酒精的饮料酒,也要面对因酒精过度饮用而带来的健康风险,因此对啤酒开展人体健康影响的安全评估及帮助消费者选择正确饮酒方式非常必要。本文将从啤酒原材料及酒体成分、适度饮用啤酒、啤酒对人体健康影响研究的讨论及具有健康理念的啤酒产品开发四个角度论述啤酒和健康的关系,以更好地服务于中国啤酒行业的发展及满足消费者的健康需求。
Beer as an ancient fermented wine, long accompanied by human life, and become part of the human diet.
